Overview

Unicko Question & Answer (Q&A) feature allows participants to ask questions during the session. Particiapnts can also upvote each others questions.

Select Q&A

As a host you can select to show the Q&A panel instead of the default chat panel.
To Show Q&A:

1. Click on More.
2. Click on Chat Settings.
3. Click on the toggle next to Q&A.
   

Ask a question

1. Click on Ask a question.
   
2. Insert a text in the text box and click on Submit.
   
3. The question will appear in the Q&A box.
   

Answer a question

1. Click on the reply icon.
   
2. Insert a text in the text box and click on Submit.
   
3. The answer will appear below the question.
   
4. Click on the x icon next to the answer if you wish to delete it.

Highlight a question

1. Click on the check icon.
   
2. The highlighted question will appear at the top of the Q&A box.
   

Delete a question

• Click on the x icon.
  

Star a question

• Click on the star icon. The starred question will appear first in the Q&A box.
  

Upvote a question

• Click on the upvote icon.
