Overview

The host and presenter can present media files and YouTube videos. Hosts can upload all files to the classroom in advance.

When presenting a video, the view is shared with all participants and the host can start and stop the playback for everyone.

Add YouTube

To add YouTube:

1. Copy a YouTube URL.
2. Click on Add YouTube in the Controls panel:
   
3. Paste the YouTube URL to the Link textbox, and click Add:
   

Upload File

To upload a file:

1. Click on Upload File in the Controls panel:
   
2. Choose the file and click Save/Open.
3. Wait for the file to upload.

Delete File

To delete a file:

1. Click the trash icon next to the filename in the Controls panel:

YouTube Closed Captions

Some YouTube videos include closed captions:
