Billing¶
Overview¶
The account owner can purchase user licenses and addons, update the payment method, and view the billing history.
Subscriptions¶
View and manage your subscriptions.
Main Plan¶
Click the Edit button next to your main plan:
Changing the Number of Licenses¶
To change the number of licenses, set the number of Hosts and click the Update button.
If you are adding licenses, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the time remaining on your existing subscription. The subscription will renew on the original payment cycle.
If you are removing licenses, the changes will apply instantly.
Changing the Frequency of Payments¶
To change the frequency of payments, select Monthly or Annually and click the Update button.
If you are changing your subscription from monthly to annual billing cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount according to the annual pricing.
It is not possible to change a subscription from annual to monthly billing cycle. Contact us.
Upgrading your Main Plan¶
To upgrade your plan (e.g. from Pro to Premium):
- Click the Upgrade Plan button:
- Select the new Plan and click the Update button. You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the time remaining on your existing subscription. The subscription will renew on the original payment cycle.
Downgrading your Main Plan¶
To downgrade your plan:
- Click the Downgrade Plan button:
- Select the new plan and click the Update button. The change will take effect immediately.
Add-ons¶
Large Meetings¶
To purchase large meeting add-ons:
- Click the Add button next to the Large Meeting add-on:
- Select the number of Licenses and click the Save button:
Recording Storage¶
To purchase a recording storage add-on:
- Click the Add button next to the Recording Storage add-on:
- Select the required storage plan and click the Save button:
Canceling a Subscription¶
If you cancel your main plan your account will freeze and all users, meetings, recordings, meeting content (shared files, whiteboard, text, etc) and reports will be deleted.
No future charges will be made on your account unless you reactivate it.
To cancel a subscription:
- Click the Cancel Subscription button of the relevant subscription:
- Click the Cancel Subscription button:
Billing history¶
View and Download files of paid invoices.
Billing information¶
To change the billing contact, uncheck Same as account information, enter the new contact details, and click the Update button.
Payment method¶
To set a new payment method, click the Update button.
