Network ports to allow through the firewall

Port 443 in TCP protocol is used for secures connections to the server.
Ports 32768-60000 in UDP protocol are used to transfer audio and video.
Your firewall should open these UDP ports for outgoing and incoming connections.

IP used by Unicko

Due to the dynamic nature of Unicko’s cloud platform, we recommend not to limit access to a specific range of IP addresses.

Data Security

Participants connection to the server is encrypted with the HTTPS protocol TLSv1.2 and the video streaming is encrypted with the DTLS-SRTP protocol.
